Yaya Digital

Waterfall Cave

A place for unfinished ideas.

The Digital Lab is where I test how technology can change the way I work, learn and build. The goal is not to appear finished — it is to remain curious.

    Yaya Digital

Designing and building a lifelong digital landscape instead of using a portfolio template.

This website isn't a CV inside a template — it's one of my own works, designed to grow alongside my career rather than be replaced by it, built through a content-first process from research to iteration. The name comes from Digital 山水: my Chinese given name, Junqing (峻清), carries the imagery of mountains and clear water, the philosophy behind the whole site. Built with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Motion, Git, GitHub and Claude Code — AI supported the implementation, but the direction and decisions stayed human.

Technology can extend creation. It cannot define purpose.

    Community Operations Automation

Reducing repetitive community work across a growing number of game products.

Between April and July 2026, the number of game products I supported grew from four to eight, with four more preparing to launch — each with its own Telegram community. I built a Telegram bot with a structured menu for activities, redemption codes and download links, plus tools to redistribute official promotional content and collect bug feedback automatically. It doesn't replace community managers — it removes the repetitive parts so they can spend more time on the judgement calls that still need a person.

    Automate repetition. Keep judgement human.

  • Building

    AI as a Building Partner

Learning how AI can extend execution without replacing human direction.

I use AI to support coding, learning materials, copy, translation, data analysis and workflow planning — work that once felt out of reach is now often achievable in a fraction of the time. But AI doesn't know who I am or why the work should exist: defining the problem, setting direction, checking accuracy and judging whether the result is actually useful all remain my responsibility. I don't believe AI removes the need for marketing, either — understanding people still depends on direct conversations dashboards can't fully replace.

AI can be the hands. Human judgement remains the mind.

    What Comes Next

I'm exploring how AI agents, automation and possible SaaS workflows could support more complex operations — including AI-assisted video editing, dashboards and reusable systems. These are explorations, not finished products; they'll only become real entries here once there's real evidence, a prototype or something learned. The goal isn't to automate everything — it's to understand which tasks actually benefit from automation, and which decisions have to stay human.

    Explore boldly. Describe honestly.

There’s always something new taking shape here.

Technology changes quickly. Meaningful work still begins with understanding people.
